 WHOIS [remoteserver|nick] nick
 WHOIS will display detailed user information for
 the specified nick.  If the first parameter is
 specified, WHOIS will display information from
 the specified server, or the server that the
 user is on.  This is how to remotely see
 idle time and away status.
